I arrived on Monday morning, almost a full 24 hours later than my original arrival time! But you saw the robe, and here are a couple of other things I saw as I walked in to the main house (called ‘A Place to Wade’). I am staying at ‘Atlantic Paradise’ which also happens to be the teaching house where we hold class. It is so convenient, and close to the main house — and I live with some great girls!
We had some class on off-camera lighting, and video light — just different ways to diffuse and use lighting. And the ways to light a face (short light, broad light, etc) too. Lauren Clark is demonstrating on Davina Fear –they are two of the four photographers putting on the seminar.
Then it was time to put our new knowledge to work on a rockin’ photoshoot! The models were amazing — and at night we had more class on photoshop tricks with Lauren. Here are a couple of my shots — we are about to start the critique of each photographers favorite shot, with some great prizes at stake!
