The last time I saw this sweet girl was at 6-Months — and I had more comments about her cute pointy-hat than I can count! And this session her Mom brought along a new hat — just as great as the first. She is a sweet girl with a wonderful smile, and I was so excited to see how much she had changed. Well…she is walking/running around now, and those eyes are still gorgeous! And the cupcake didn’t stand a chance vs. this little one. Happy Birthday Penelope!
