One-year-olds are one of my favorite ages to photograph — they are starting to walk, talk, and explore, and it is entertainment just to watch them! Patrick is the nephew of Amy, who I worked with last year to capture Ty and Ethan (not to mention, attended dance AND high school together). She is a wonderful Aunt (who doesn’t spoil him at all 😉), and she was ready with all sorts of fun things for Patrick to have fun with at the park! The session was GOING to be a surprise for her sister, but after a rainstorm delayed our first shoot she had to let the cat out the bag. Patrick wasn’t too sure about me, but after a little time he was having fun and digging into some yummy cake!
