Meet Phoebe — an adorable little 1-year old that I got to meet in Lawrence this past week! Mom had a few outfit options ready, and when she pulled out the bright pink tutu I was just FLOORED! We started indoors where Phoebe could play with her toys, and read her favorite books — and then ventured outside for some cute tutu images.
